WHOLESALE SALES:

Delivery within Athens and its suburbs is carried out using our own transport vehicle, free of charge.
Delivery within the Attica region, as well as to neighboring prefectures, is also possible and arranged upon agreement.
For the rest of Greece, delivery is carried out via freight forwarding agencies.
In this case, we transport the goods to the Athens freight agencies with our own vehicle (naturally at no charge), and the agency trucks deliver the goods to the destination (with the cost borne by the customer). Delivery to the agencies takes place within 3–5 working days from order confirmation.
We aim to process all orders within a maximum of two working days, unless a serious reason prevents it. We also try to use the customer’s preferred freight agency whenever possible.

ORDER PROCESS:

1. You place your order via telephone or email. It is helpful to provide your mobile phone number or an alternative contact number.

2. We confirm that there is sufficient stock for your order.

3. We inform you of the total cost of your order.

4. You make a deposit to one of the following banks that are convenient for both you and us:

5. You notify us of the payment by phone or by sending the deposit slip via email.

6. We inform you of the scheduled shipping date of your goods.

7. We confirm receipt of the payment.

8. We ship the goods.

9. We confirm that the shipment has been made and inform you of the delivery agency.
